Susan Phinney has 11+ years of experience as is a Certified Health Coach and Nutritional Consultant. She focuses on helping families- children, teens, adults, and seniors- re-evaluate and upgrade their health through effective evidence based tools.  Sue’s foundational nutrition coaching helps to improve the physiological health and well-being of those that consult with her.

After many years in the medical sales industry, along with raising her own family and three children,  Sue made the decision to begin working one on one with individuals, sharing simple tools to improve overall health and wellness. She believes that helping individuals understand that their family health history is not necessarily their own, nor is their DNA always their destiny, is an empowering component of their health journey.

Sue witnessed her dad pass away from cancer, and a year later, her Mom from dementia. She did not want that for herself or for her children, which solidified her mission.

Since 2011, she has been working closely with her valued clients, helping them learn new habits for a lifetime of health. How is this achieved? By guiding individuals and busy families to make the best food and lifestyle choices, one simple change at a time. Understanding the correlation between food and mood, the power of whole food nutrition, along with how to identify and help implement these simple changes are key focal points.

Susan earned her B.S in Biology from Bates College, and is certified as a Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.
