Jennifer Jones LICSW
Jen is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience working with children and families. Her experience is comprised of multiple clinical settings including outpatient, residential, intensive home therapy, school based and applied behavior analysis therapy in home with children on the autism spectrum.
For four years Jen worked at South Shore Mental Health providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, young adults and families. Jen also provided intensive in home family therapy (IHT) to families. Her clinical experience encompasses those who are suffering from Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as behavioral and social problems.
Jen utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach with her clients including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), expressive art therapy and family systems. Her goal is to collaborate with her clients to create a strong therapeutic relationship and form a personalized, comprehensive treatment plan.
Jen earned her BS in Psychology at Keene State College and her Master of Social Work at Simmons College in Boston.
