With over 20 years of experience, Maryanne specializes in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, social problems, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and life transitions.
Maryanne creates a safe environment where you will feel supported. Since each individual has unique strengths and abilities, she doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model and draws on many therapies including solution focused, CBT and mindfulness based therapies. She will dynamically meet you and your child on your own unique life journey. Maryanne will skillfully help you and your child make progress recognizing their strengths, opportunities and incremental growth.
Maryanne provides therapeutic opportunities to assist each client with learning to relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings and finding ways to resiliently take action that aligns with your values even when it is hard.
